we have 4 types of coating plant,

SMW16 for lab,

SMW40 for small scale production, about 2t/h for d97<10 micron, but the coating scope is betwen d97<2 micron and d97<40 mciron,

SMW63, it can produce 3.5-5t/h coating GCC powder, the coating agent is stearic acid. after coating, the product has very good flowability, can be widely used for plastics and rubber and other fields, the coating agent adding quantity is very small, only 0.5-0.8%.

SMW84, very big coating plant, for large quantity prduction.

The SMW mill also represents an economical and highly efficient method of coating ultra-fine fillers with stearic acid.
