ALPHA800 air classifier is a very very mature air classifier that is widely used for calcium carbonate production, now it has two versions, one is Alpha800SD, its capacity can reach d98<10 micron 4.1t/h, the production scope is as the following:

d98<8 micron 3.2t/h

d98<10 micron 4.1t/h

d98<15 micron 5.6t/h

d98<25 micron 7t/h

the air classifier power 55kw, blower 160kw. MAX  1550rpm.

the other version ALPHA800TD, air classifier motor 75kw, blower 200kw, max 2150rpm. the capacity for d97<5 micron 1.9t/h, for other products capacity, it is the same as Alpha800SD.

this air classifier can work with ball mill to compose a very complete ball mill+ air classifier plant, the production is flexible for produce 300 micron to 5 micron.
